WASHINGTON, DC – The House Democracy Partnership (HDP) is pleased to announce Congresswoman Dina Titus (D-NV) has been reappointed as Ranking Member for the 119th Congress. Congresswoman Titus has served on HDP for over a decade and is a dedicated leader of the central peer-to-peer work HDP conducts with partners legislatures. 

“I look forward to continuing the important work of the House Democracy Partnership. Now more than ever, we need to work with legislatures in other nations to promote and preserve democratic principles. HDP is a crucial forum to strengthen bilateral and multilateral relations with foreign legislatures, serve as a resource for developing democracies, and foster mutual understanding with fellow legislators from around the world.”

During the 118th Congress, Ranking Member Titus, alongside Chairman Vern Buchanan (R-FL), led a successful slate of programs that reached more than 1,600 combined Members of Parliament and staff from 47 unique countries.
