Best Practices for Strategic Foresight in Ukraine

On January 31, 2023, the House Democracy Partnership (HDP) organized a Technical Assistance Consultancy (TAC) on Supporting Strategic Foresight in Ukraine. During this session, the Verkhovna Rada and their newly established research service discussed the effective use of strategic foresight as a tool for policy planning and preparation for future events. Attendees included representatives from the Congressional Research Services (CRS), the Managing Director of the Strategic Planning and External Liaison Office of the Government Accountability Office (GAO), as well as Members of Parliament from the Verkhovna Rada and members of the Verkhovna Rada Research Service.
